Although by and large we always try our best to provide the best online learning environment possible for our students we may occasionally experience issues. With 8500 students in over 500 counties there may be miscommunication but all complaints will be handled in a professional manner.

The classes are for educational purposes only, backed by licensed therapists and educators but may not be interpreted therapeutic. Parents are provided steps and tools to make changes but they need to work at making the changes. If issues continue you may seek to professional help from the mediators or a social services or mental health professional. You may require more help than this online parenting class is able to provide.
